School management, reconnected
Run your whole school from one connected platform.
Rynedu brings admissions, academics, fees, communication, people, stores and transport into a single secure workspace — so every department is working from the same record, not from its own copy of it.

Built for the way schools actually run
Before Rynedu
Nothing is missing. It is just in twelve different places.
Most schools are not short of records. They are short of one place where the records agree with each other.
The data lives in twelve places
Admissions in a book, fees in a spreadsheet, marks on a memory stick, transport in someone's head. No two agree by the end of term.
Finance reconciles by hand
Mobile-money messages, bank slips and cash receipts get matched to learners manually — then again when a parent disputes a balance.
Parents hear late, or not at all
Fee reminders, absence and results depend on a letter reaching home, or a phone call somebody has time to make.
Departments cannot see each other
Academics does not know who has cleared fees. Finance does not know who left. Transport bills a learner who transferred in March.
Rynedu connects the pieces you already have.
See how it fits togetherThe Rynedu ecosystem
Every department on one record, read from one place.
Admissions raises the fee account. Attendance reaches the guardian. Transport bills through the same engine as tuition. Nothing is re-typed on its way between offices — so the head teacher's view of the term is the same record each office is working from.

The platform
Seven parts of a school, built to work as one.
Each is a full module in its own right. Together they are a school that stops re-entering its own data.

Who it is for
One platform. Every person in the school.
A director, a bursar, a class teacher and a parent need four different things from the same records. Each gets their own view of it.

Your school, your workspace
Your school. Your workspace. Your data.
Every school on Rynedu gets its own address, its own environment and its own records. Separation is enforced in the database itself, not by a filter somebody could forget to apply.
- Your own subdomain — yourschool.rynedu.com
- Your branding, your colours, your letterhead on every report
- Your roles, deciding who sees which screen
- Your settings: grade bands, fee thresholds, chart of accounts
- Works on the phones your staff and parents already carry
A school does not buy software. It buys the end of asking three offices the same question and getting three different answers.
Rynedu’s design principle, not a customer quotation.
Trust
Built to be handed to an auditor.
Schools hold money, results and children's records. The platform is designed on the assumption that all three will be questioned one day.
Your own workspace
Each school gets its own subdomain and its own environment. Your data is separated from every other school on the platform, at the database level.
Role-based access
Dozens of defined roles, from principal to store keeper to parent. Each sees the screens their job needs and no others.
Everything is attributable
Sensitive actions are recorded with the person, the time and the change — receipts, deletions, approvals and marks alike.
Books that cannot be quietly edited
Posted journal entries are immutable. A correction is a reversal with a reason, which is what an auditor expects to find.
Works on the phones you already have
Rynedu installs to the home screen and runs in any modern browser. No hardware to buy.
Your settings, not our constants
Grade bands, fee thresholds, approval limits and your chart of accounts are rows you control, changed by you and not by a release.
Pricing
Pricing that scales with your school, not with your ambition.
A subscription based on the size of your school, with the modules you switch on. Tell us the shape of your school and we will price it properly.
Questions
The things schools ask first.
Does Rynedu support CBE?
Yes. Competency assessment, learning areas, strands, portfolios and progress records are built for CBE as Kenyan schools run it. 8-4-4, IGCSE, IB and other structures are configurable, and a school running more than one system can hold both.
Can parents pay by M-Pesa?
Yes. M-Pesa payments are captured against the learner's account and allocated across vote heads automatically. Bank deposits, cash-office receipts and cheques are captured the same way.
What happens to the records we already have?
Learners, guardians, opening balances and fee structures can be imported from spreadsheets. Opening arrears are brought in as real arrears, so the first statement a parent sees is correct.
Who can see our school's data?
Only people your school gives a login to, and only the parts their role allows. Schools are isolated from one another at the database level, not merely by a filter in the application.
Is there a mobile app?
Rynedu installs to the home screen and behaves like an app on Android and iPhone. It is a progressive web app rather than a store download, so every user is always on the current version.
How long does it take to get started?
It depends on the state of your records rather than the software. Registering the school and setting up classes, terms and fee structures is the first day; importing learners and balances is the work that follows.
